  • Award: $165 (equivalent to the cost of a U.S. passport)

  • Deadline: January 23, 2026

  • Eligibility: Open to U.S. citizens enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum GPA Requirement: 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)

  • Essays Required

The Passport Portal (TPP) foundation is offering to cover the cost and expenses associated with obtaining a U.S. passport for qualifying students. In addition, TPP will also provide vital information and scholarships to these students when they are venturing off to study abroad.
